Olga is a Partner in Herzog’s Commercial Department, with extensive experience advising on regulatory and commercial matters affecting business activity in Israel. She advises local and international clients on their regulatory obligations in connection with ongoing operations, market entry, product activity and commercial conduct in Israel.
Olga’s practice covers a broad range of business-facing regulatory areas, including privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, consumer protection, e-commerce, food regulation, business licensing, aviation, import, standards and cosmetics. Her experience is particularly valuable for clients whose Israeli operations require coordinated advice across commercial, regulatory and practical compliance considerations.
Olga supports clients on the commercial and regulatory dimensions of Israeli activity, including issues arising from imports, regulated products, consumer-facing operations and sector-specific requirements. Her role helps clients receive integrated advice that addresses not only tax exposure, but also the broader regulatory framework governing their activity in Israel.
