Herzog Fox Neeman represents Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and BNP Paribas as underwriters in a $2.1 billion international notes offering. This offering will allow Teva to redeem their outstanding notes in a tender offer.

The successful representation was led by Corporate and Securities members; Alan Sacks, Ron Ben-Menachem, Eden Halpert and Michal Huber alongside Tax members; Yuval Navot, Eldad Chamam, Ehab Farah and Eitan Ella.
