It is not often that we get to feel part of something that is truly historic but being part of the first major deal between the UAE and Israel is something special. Congratulations to our client, Mubadala Petroleum, on the signing of an agreement with Delek Drilling to acquire Delek’s share in the Tamar natural gas field for over $1 billion. There is still a way to go until the deal closes but this really is a significant first step both for this deal and for close relations between Israel and the UAE.
