Congratulations to our client, Berkshire Partners, on its acquisition of a 49% stake in MedOne, a leading data center operator in Israel. Our partners Adina Shapiro together with Michal Herzfeld and associate Nahum Mittelman led the Israeli work on this deal alongside partners, Dr. Ehab Farah, Dr. Yuval Navot, Eldad Chamam, Yael Bar Shai and Shachar Porat, and, associates Anna Landau, Moshe Yehuda, Einat Steiner and dikla hozainov and intern Maya Mazaltov.
