Shmuel’s practice focuses primarily on international transactions, and includes advising domestic and foreign clients on cross-border private and public offerings, including initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions. Shmuel also provides ongoing corporate, commercial and securities guidance to companies, including advice on U.S. securities law matters generally, as well as related reporting obligations.
