We recently represented the Japanese financial conglomerate SBI in a financing round of $120M in the ONE ZERO – Digital Bank (formerly known as the First Digital Bank), a new Israeli artificial intelligence-based digital bank. The investment round values the bank at $320M. It is the first bank to receive a banking license in Israel in over 43 years. SBI led the investment round together with the Swiss bank Julius Baer and the Chinese technology company Tencent. The deal was led by our partners Gilad Majerowicz, Adina Shapiro, Keren Porter, and associate Samuel Berkowitz, collaborating with Adar Bengom (Ortal), Shachar Porat, Elkeslassy Ohad, Asaf Beker, Olga Pery, and Nesimyan Adawi.
