The department has been involved in the largest corporate insolvency and restructuring cases in the country and represents foreign lender groups in the largest debt rescheduling "workouts" in the history of Israel.

We advise on a wide scope of corporate insolvency, rehabilitation and restructuring issues, shutdowns and insolvency proceedings, including: exchange offers; consent solicitations; re-negotiation of credit agreements with bank syndicates and other lenders; loan and debt restructuring proceedings, including workouts, asset sales, bankruptcy trustee work, and bankruptcy litigation; domestic and cross-border voluntary and involuntary liquidation proceedings; receivership and bankruptcy proceedings.

Our attorneys' expertise is derived from their vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the field, as well as close familiarity with the new Insolvency and Rehabilitation Law, which allows us to impeccably assist our clients to prepare for it. We provide training, workshops and private sessions to advise and assist our clients with the Law's implementation, in addition to the required changes in lending procedures and analysis, as well as the ramifications for the Israeli financial sector (both for corporate and individual borrowers).
