Wellfield Technologies, Inc. acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of New Bit Ventures Ltd

We are pleased to announce that our client Coinmama (New Bit Ventures Ltd) and its founders, Entrepreneurs Laurence Newman, Ilan Schuster, and Nimrod Gruber, completed a transaction by which, Wellfield Technologies, Inc., a publicly-traded company, listed on TSXV, acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of New Bit Ventures Ltd.
Our partners Yair Geva, Itay Lavi and Shachar Porat led the transaction with associate Dana Qaq.
Congrats to the Entrepreneurs Laurence Newman, Ilan Schuster, and Nimrod Gruber!
