We are proud to have participated in another major infrastructure project. We recently represented Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and a consortium of other Israeli banks and institutional investors in connection with the project financing for the development and construction of a MW156 pumped storage hydro project in the Manara Cliff in Israel.
Ellomay Pumped Storage, a subsidiary of Ellomay Capital Ltd. and Ampa Ltd., is leading this, with construction completion scheduled for 2026.

Our partner and head of the Project Finance team, Adam Eytan, led our team working on the deal, along with Partners Eran Wagner, Zara Gold, and Limor Shechter Lerner.
