Telecode Group is being sold to Sky Investment Fund

Big congratulation to our client, the Telecode Group and its shareholders, for the sale of a controlling stake in Telecode to Sky Fund. This milestone transaction was led by Partners Asaf Nahum and Moshe Minster with the assistance of many other firm members, including Partner Elad Chamam, Partner Revital Katz, and Associates Eti Portook, Noa Bombigher, Ekaterina Yaremchuk, Keren Weiss, Dana Gilon and intern Chen Zohar.
