Our firm is pleased to represent Glassbox Ltd. in its acquisition by Alicorn VC for approximately USD 150 million.

The parties signed a merger agreement on May 17, 2024, and will consummate the transaction after the fulfillment of a number of conditions, including receipt of a ruling from the Israel Tax Authority and approvals from certain third parties.
