Congratulations to our Japanese client SUNCORPORATION for the fantastic $2.4 billion transaction of its Israeli subsidiary Cellebrite. Under the transaction Cellebrite will be listed in Nasdaq through a SPAC merger with TWC Tech Holdings II Corp. Our partners Gilad Majerowicz, Aviram Hazak, Eldad Chamam and Dr. Ehab Farah served as Israeli counsel for SUNCORPORATION in this transaction.
