Licensing

The Licensing department’s lawyers have a thorough understanding of the dynamics of deal-making and are familiar with the issues arising in the entire spectrum of licensing transactions, making them well-equipped to counsel clients on “best practices” and industry standards.

The department’s scope of work includes drafting and negotiating agreements for research and development, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, sale, branding, marketing, consulting and other forms of commercial exploitation of intellectual property, generating revenue and establishing strategic partnerships.

Covering a wide range of industries, the Licensing department’s clients include local and international software, semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, multi-media, entertainment, content companies and other Hi-Tech companies.
