Acquisition of Revela by Oddity

Proud to have acted on behalf of Oddity, the parent company of the IL Makiage and Spoiled Child brands, in the acquisition of Revela for a total of $76 million.

Revela is an industry-leading biotech startup, bringing AI-based molecule discovery technology to beauty and wellness. With this acquisition, Oddity will establish ODDITY LABS and invest an additional $25 million towards the development of a new cutting-edge lab in Boston. This business combination will boost the development and expansion of proprietary, science-backed, clinically tested, and highly effective products for consumers worldwide.
