Congratulations to our client, Clal Insurance & Finance, on joining forces with PPHE Hotel Group in connection with a new hotel fund.
The Fund is scheduled to acquire hotels in city centers in Western Europe in opportunistic transactions and aims to raise a total of NIS 1 billion to implement its strategy.
