We were very proud to have assisted Jefferies as the Sole Global Coordinator in a NIS 350 million secondary offering of the TASE. Notable investors in that offering included Mr. Bill Ackman and his wife, Mrs. Neri Oxman, who purchased 4.9% of the company. Mr. Ackman was quoted to state that this investment represents their support in Israel.
