A successful deal, which we are extremely proud of, was closed by our Hi Tech department this week. Candivore, a client of the firm, has completed an investment transaction led by Haveli Investments.

The transaction was led by Hanan Haviv, partner and head of the department, along with partners Yuval Meidar, Dr. Ehab Farah and Shachar Porat, associate Gilead Reutlinger and intern Shelly Swiss. Candivore, a leading, independent mobile gaming studio based in Tel Aviv, is the developer of Match Masters, one of the world’s most popular games, with more than 50 million downloads. Haveli is an Austin-based private equity firm.
