Joshua Ravitz works in the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Department. He has more than 20 years’ experience in U.S. securities law and provides legal advice and services to companies, investment banks and asset managers in connection with IPOs, SPACs and other reporting obligations. He has also represented individuals and corporations who were subject to U.S. securities law investigations and charges.
Prior to moving to Israel in 2007, Joshua worked for more than six years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., first as a senior attorney in the Division of Enforcement and then as an attorney-advisor in the Division of Corporation Finance.
