We acted as Israeli counsel to Barclays, lead underwriter of an offering of green bonds by Ormat Technologies. The gross proceeds of the offering, at approximately $375m, will be used by the company to fund sustainable projects. Congrats to the team leading this offering: Ron Ben-Menachem, Nir Dash & Joshua Ravitz.
