Recent noteworthy tech transactions led by Alon include representation of Armo in its $30 million round A let by Tiger Global, Ingonyama Ltd. in its $13 million Seed round, counselling multinational corporations and banks on their strategic investments in Israel (including Porsche and Philips), as well as regularly representing prominent Israeli and global venture capital funds (including Kompas Ventures, Makers Fund, Remagine Ventures, Hyperwise Ventures, and Play Ventures) in investments in high-growth start-ups.

Prior to joining Herzog, Alon served as the Director of Legal Affairs, Business Development, and Global Sales at a global healthcare corporation, devising and executing business partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and CROs.
