We represented KOMPAS Ventures in a Preferred Seed-4 round, pursuant to which KOMPAS, led an $8M investment round in Structshare Technologies Ltd.

This is one of the first investments in Israel by Kompas Ventures, a global environment and construction digitalization VC, with a unique participation of leading US strategic investors. It symbolizes the accelerated growth in investments in Construction-Tech startups. one of the largest early-stage investments in Construction-Tech Israeli startups.
