Philips acquisition of DiA – a significant deal for the Israeli healthcare market as it solidifies Philips’ commitment to Israel and showcases how strategic investments could potentially lead to acquisitions in a very short timeframe. While being led by Alon and Avital as the deal team, the deal required the expertise of many prominent individuals within Herzog, including on matters requiring a very strong understanding of patient data regulation and global compliance regimes.
