Adina is a member of the firm’s Internet & E-Commerce Department. Adina currently focuses her practice on significant commercial and corporate matters for internet and e-commerce related companies.

Adina’s prior experience includes working on complex private equity and investment agreements for early stage companies in all different sectors of the hi-tech industry.

Adina also has experience in criminal litigation work as a prosecutor in New York as well as criminal legal work with the International Division of the Israeli State Prosecutor’s Office.
