Weavy $4 million Seed financing Led by Entrée Capital, Designer Fund and Founder Collective

Herzog Fox & Neeman advised Weavy, an innovative AI-powered creative workflow platform, in connection with its $4 million Seed financing round led by Entree Capital. Founded by former Fiverr and Astria leaders, Weavy offers a unified canvas that integrates professional editing tools with AI models – empowering creative teams with reusable, brand-consistent workflows.

In addition to Entree Capital, the round attracted strategic investors including Designer Fund, Founder Collective, and Fiverr founder Micha Kaufman.

The Herzog deal team was led by Yair Geva and Uri Barak, and Oren Ben Haim.
