Our client, Zoomin Software, has raised $52M in the C funding round, barely four months after its previous round and at a significantly higher valuation. The investment was led by General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm, with participation from existing investors that include powerhouses Bessemer, Viola, and Salesforce.

The Israeli startup headquartered in New York develops a platform to improve delivery and access to technical product content, wherever end-users engage with the content — be it the business’ website, service cloud, community, or within the product itself.
