A hearty welcome to Cowen, who completed its registration as a foreign underwriter in Israel. The registration will enable Cowen to underwrite Israeli offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and it is a further step in opening the Israeli capital market to international banks and investors. Congrats to the team working on this project: Ron Ben-Menachem and David Azimov.
