We acted as Israeli counsel for our client, Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (THL), which led the Series C funding round for the Israeli digital farming automation company, Phytech.
Phytech raised $23.5M as part of this funding round. Phytech is a developer of IoT technology for farmers. Its sensors are spread out in the field and help farmers optimize production and manage irrigation in a smart and efficient way.
Our partners, Adam Salkin and Adar Bengom, together with our associate, Shiri Cohen, worked closely with the THL and are proud of being able to help in promoting this innovative technology.
