Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Indorama Ventures PCL, a publicly traded Thai company, in its acquisition of a controlling stake in Avgol Industries 1953 Ltd., an Israeli company whose shares and bonds are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The sellers in the transaction is H.F.H International B.V., a company controlled by Ethemba Capital Limited, and Leumi Partners Ltd., a company controlled by Bank Leumi Le Israel. The total consideration in the transaction is approximately USD 300 million.

The transaction involved numerous legal complexities, and was led by Corporate Partners, Ehud Sol, Nir Dash, Itay Lavi, and Associate, Michal Gladstein.
