Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Ami Fund in its acquisition of 80% of Go Global Travel Ltd., a B2C marketer, broker and seller of accommodation and other tourism services, based on a company valuation of Euro 82 million.

Ami Fund was advised by Ran Hai, Erez Abu, Maayan Hammer, and Jenia Melkhior.
