We recently represented Pharm Yarok, Rosen High Way, and HW Shinua in their sale to IMC. Pharm Yarok operates a well-known cannabis dispensary in Israel, while Rosen High Way and HW Shinua are its operating and distribution companies. IMC is a Canadian company traded on the CSE and Nasdaq, which conducts operations in the cannabis market in Israel, Germany, and Canada via local companies. This is one of the biggest acquisitions of a dispensary in the sector of medicinal cannabis in Israel.
