A show of confidence by the Israeli capital markets –
Cellcom has completed a successful public offering, with proceeds of approximately NIS 200M.
It is one of the first public offerings in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since the Coronavirus lockdown, and the offering was over-subscribed.
This transaction was handled by our partners Ilanit Landesman Yogev, Niv Sivan, Ron Ben-Menachem, and associate Elina Shechter.
