Nayax, a global commerce and payments platform, has agreed to acquire On Track Innovations. Nayax is a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and On Track Innovations reports with the SEC. Ron Ben-Menachem, Nir Dash, Dr. Ehab Farah and Nesimyan Adawi represented Nayax in this transaction.
