We are proud to have represented Beringea LLP, a leading UK venture capital investment manager that operates publically-traded funds listed on the London Stock Exchange, as lead investor in the series A round of WS Holdco, PBC (doing business as WiredScore), a U.S. company that provides a global digital connectivity certification system for buildings, helping landlords assess, improve, benchmark and promote their buildings.
