Saar Pauker practices litigation cases before Israeli Courts and arbitral tribunals. In addition, he acts for agricultural organizations in administrative matters, as well as preparing their positions concerning bill proposals to be discussed before the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) Committees. Saar provides ongoing advice to large semi-public entities in Israel.
