Amir provides most of Herzog Fox and Neeman’s corporate clients with comprehensive advice concerning all of their commercial transactions and corporate issues, including ongoing legal advice necessary for conducting business in Israel as well as counselling on individual transactions and special projects. Amir is advising local and multinational corporate clients with respect to their commercial activities in the areas of Consumer Protection law, marketing and advertisement. Amir is also advising such clients with respect to privacy and data protection issues.

In addition to a broad knowledge of commercial issues and transactions, Amir specialises in the particular legal requirements of co-operative societies and the Israeli pharmaceutical, food and health products sectors. In this capacity, Amir acted for the pharmaceutical division of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in litigation before the Israeli Supreme Court regarding price control of imported drugs and represented Pharma U.S.A. regarding the parallel import of drugs.

Amir’s most representative corporate assignments include:
supervising the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, including licenses, distribution agreements, agency agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and sale and purchase agreements;representing corporate clients in their negotiations with banking institutions and other commercial lenders for finance provision, including debt restructuring;representing financial institutions with respect to secured financing and debt restructuring;representing corporate clients in their joint ventures, asset purchases, share purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactional work;representing pharmaceutical, food and health products companies, both Israeli and multinational, in their commercial activities in Israel and in their dealings with the Israeli Ministry of Health, involving all aspects of pharmeceutical law in Israel.
