Congratulations to the Rani Zim Group and the management team led by Avishai, Zehavit and Yaron, on signing an agreement to acquire the Megiddo Group, which deals with the initiation and construction of residential projects, at a total cost of approximately 307 million NIS. This is an acquisition of considerable strategic importance to the Rani Zim Group, which is expected to enable it to expand into new areas with great potential.
