Our client, DraftKings Inc., a sports betting, fantasy sport, and online gaming giant, has acquired Israeli gamification company Blue Ribbon.
Blue Ribbon’s technology will be integrated into DraftKings’ products and will enhance user experience. Blue Ribbon’s management and workers in Israel will become an integral part of DraftKings global workforce, and the company is planning to increase its hiring in its Tel Aviv office.

This deal was led by our partner Erez Abu.
