Our client D1 Capital Partners, led a $208 million B funding round

Our client, D1 Capital Partners, has led the $208 million B funding round into the networking software Israeli company, DriveNets Ltd.
Upon the completion of this funding round, which also involved significant investments from existing investors Bessemer Ventures Partners and Pitango Venture Capital, DriveNets has become a unicorn. Our partner Aviram Hazak and associate Aaron Z. Simons led the Herzog team working on this exciting matter.
