Herzog represented Mizrahi Tefahot Bank as agent and arranger in the NIS 1.1 billion senior secured financing of the Haifa port acquisition by the Adani – Gadot group.
The Herzog team was led by partners Roy Nachimzon and Amir Shmueli, and included Nathan Adler.
