Raising 2.3 billion NIS through the expansion of two bond series

An electrifying deal It was our privilege to represent the IEC – Israel Electric Corporation Ltd in a particularly successful bond issue, in which the company raised a total amount of approximately NIS 2.3 billion! It is not the first time we have accompanied IEC in public offerings, and this was certainly a large and significant project. The successful issuance was the result of the efforts of our partner Yehuda Aharoni (Hommfor), attorney Nitzan Sraya Mulla, and intern Maya Mazaltov.
