Investment by RAGNAR in Delek Israel Properties

We congratulate our client, Ragnar, on its investment in Delek Properties in the framework of which Ragnar will invest up to NIS 50 million in Delek Properties in exchange for the issuance of ordinary shares by Delek Properties to Ragnar.

The transaction was led by partners Nir Dash and Reut Alcalay and associates Dvir Uziel and Fanny Elgrably.
