Herzog Fox & Neeman advised Hypernative, a leading provider of real-time threat detection and prevention for Web3, in connection with its $40 million Series B financing round led by Ballistic Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.
Founded in 2022, Hypernative helps Web3 organizations prevent and respond to security threats before they impact protocols, users, or funds. Its platform delivers early warning signals and actionable intelligence, enabling proactive protection across the decentralized ecosystem.
Ballistic Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures are two of the most respected cybersecurity-focused investment firms globally. The funds bring deep operational experience, a strong network across the security industry, and are known for backing category-defining cybersecurity companies. Their support underscores the growing strategic importance of real-time, Web3-native threat intelligence.
