Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Ran Hai and Hanan Haviv at Mergermarket’s 2018 M&A and Private Equity Forum

Herzog Fox & Neeman, along with White & Case and international investment bank, Rothschild & Co., hosted and participated in the 2018 M&A and Private Equity Forum held at the Sheraton Hotel, Tel Aviv.

The conference was attended by legal experts and industry leaders in mergers and acquisitions in Israel, investment banking and private equity funds.  Opening remarks were by Israeli entrepreneur, Zohar Zisapel, who spoke extensively on the future of the automotive industry and the notion of ‘carpooling’.

Panellists included Herzog Fox & Neeman’s head of Hi-Tech, Hanan Haviv and M&A Partner, Ran Hai, discussing trends and innovations in the M&A and investment fields and their expectations for the coming year.
