Herzog Fox & Neeman’s capital markets and securities team represented the Israeli Electric Company Ltd. in a 1.4 Billion NIS public offering of debt. The public offering, which enjoyed unprecedented demand, was handled by Nir Dash, a partner in the capital markets and securities team and by Adv. Yehuda Hommfor.
