Herzog Fox & Neeman acted for the Oaktree fund in relation to its sale of its remaining interests in the Veridis Israel group to Delek Automotive Systems (TASE: DLEA) and members of the Harel group for a total consideration of NIS 992 million. Veridis Israel (formerly part of the Veolia Israel group) is active in the field of environment, water desalination, power production and energy solutions in Israel.
The transaction was led by Mark Phillips, together with Aviram Hazak and Adina Rabinowicz.
