Herzog represented the Israeli Electric Corporation (“IEC”) in its successful issuance of a new bonds series for an approximate capital raise of NIS 1.2 billion. The public offering, which was met with high enthusiasm (in an approximate amount of NIS 2.5 billion) in the Israeli capital market, is one of the largest bond issuances of a non-bank entity over the last year on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
