We represent NGP Capital, a $1.4B growth-stage investment firm, that invests in the cybersecurity, edge cloud, digital industries and digital transformation, on all of the fund’s invetments in Israel. In this transaction, we have successfully represented NGP Capital along with and AW Ventues, as lead investors, in a $33 million Series B financing round of Dataloop, an Israeli startup that developing tools and methodologies for enabling accurate, efficient and scalable human-machine communication over data.

We represent NGP Capital again in another transaction, when we have successfully represented NGP as a lead investor of $65 million Series B financing round of Akeyless, an Israeli cybersecurity startup that provides advanced security and access management solutions to businesses and organizations of all sizes.
