We are happy to announce that we have completed a deal worth more than 300M NIS for the land rights owners of the Zohar Project in Ramat Gan.

The priority is located in a central area in the city about to undergo a major renovation. Alon Abcasis, head of our Urban Renewal practice, and Idan Yehuda, representing the rights’ owners, completed this deal.

Their work included drafting the agreement, securing signatures from all relevant parties, selecting the right advisors for the project, and being responsive to inquires every step of the way until the compilation of the agreement with the construction company, Tidhar.
