Herzog Fox & Neeman represented APAX Partners in its 400 Million USD Investment in Verint Systems Inc.

Verint is a global leader in Actionable Intelligence solutions with a focus on customer engagement optimization and cyber intelligence. Following the completion of the transaction, Apax is expected to become the largest shareholder in Verint.
