Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Altshuler Shaham Provident Funds and Pension in its IPO through an offer for sale.

The offering, which was the first capital raising ever made in Israel by a provident and pension company, was completed with high demand and with great success, giving Altshuler Shaham a value of NIS 1.1 billion.
